How We Work

Step One: Our free transmission inspection offers customers an opportunity to confirm whether their vehicle is in need of transmission repair or services. If you're worried about any new noises or weird vehicle behavior, here is an opportunity to have it inspected without obligation. We believe it's more important to help you determine whether you need a transmission repair than to charge for an inspection! And don't worry, walk-ins are welcome if you aren't certain when you'll be able to make it into our shop.

Step Two: One of our highly trained technicians will bring you the transmission inspection findings and go over possible services or necessary repairs. We'll break down areas of concern where we see developing problems and point out if any repairs are immediately required. We make our recommendations so that you can make an informed decision about your repair plan.

Step Three: Only once we find an economical repair plan do we begin work on your vehicle, performing the necessary repairs. While we're busy, we also provide various comforts and conveniences for our customers. Each of our locations has comfortable waiting areas and free Wi-Fi.
